How do we offer great prices?
In business, owners often choose between high profit margins with fewer clients or lower margins with many clients. We’ve chosen the latter approach, offering lower prices and higher volume to make procedures more affordable for pet owners. This model helps us stay busy, profitable, and ensure our team is well-compensated while providing the care pets need.
We strongly believe that pets shouldn’t miss out on care due to financial limitations. While we must cover staff and operational costs, we strive to keep our services affordable, so more pets and their owners can access the treatment they need.
Payment Options
When you visit us, our veterinarians will work with you to determine the best treatment options for your pet and provide an estimate of the costs for treatment and/or hospitalisation. We encourage you to share any financial concerns so we can help you find the most appropriate financial and/or treatment plan.
Payment for services is due at the time of your visit or when your pet is discharged. We accept cash, EFTPOS, major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), as well as GapOnly and VetPay.
GapOnly
If your pet is insured and your provider participates with GapOnly, we can process your claim, so you only pay the gap! Check here to see if your insurer is part of the network.
If pre-approval is needed, our team will help you with the process. On the day of treatment, notify us if you're using GapOnly, and we'll handle the rest, usually within 5-30 minutes. You’ll only pay the gap at checkout. Alternatively, you can pay the full invoice and request an itemised receipt to submit the claim yourself.
VetPay
We offer VetPay as a flexible payment option.
With a 50% deposit due at treatment, you can
then finance the remaining balance.
Let us know at check-in if you're using VetPay,
and we’ll ensure everything is ready for checkout. Please note, a small fee applies to the VetPay amount.
Apply for pre-approval with VetPay here—no application fee!
